Job summary

Fieldpiece is hiring a Customer Service & Warehouse Associate for a new Brendale warehouse. The role blends frontline customer service with approximately 10 hours/week of receiving, stocking, picking, packing and shipping tasks.

Based in Brendale, you will work onsite 8:00am–4:00pm daily, handling inquiries, processing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting with occasional repairs. Great for growth into sales or operations roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business/logistics preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations, including picking, packing and shipping.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interaction with customers and team members.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Comfort using technology to enhance performance.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person; maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Receive, stock, and organise products within the warehouse.
• Pack, label, and ship orders.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies to management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
• Utilise company software/systems to track orders, inventory levels, and customer interactions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in customer service and warehouse operations.
