Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred.
• One year of customer service experience preferably within a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations including picking, packing, and shipping products.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong ability to interact with customers and team members.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Comfortable using technology to enhance job performance.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items, up to 50 lbs, as part of regular warehouse duties.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to handle inquiries and issues professionally.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
• Receive, stock, and organize products within the warehouse.
• Pack, label, and ship orders.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, following safety standards.
• Utilize company software and systems to track orders, inventory levels, and customer interactions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service and warehouse operations.
