• Lead a team of consultants who provide technical and accounts support to our residential customers
• Manage a medium to large-sized team and coordinate with our Aussie Experts to meet organisational requirements
• Oversee team performance and ensure targets are met through collaborative efforts
• Meet customer service standards and call handling targets
• Foster a professional business relationship with customers by providing prompt and efficient service
