RGIT Australia in Perth is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead the local branch's customer service team. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, monitor performance, and ensure inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.

The role requires at least two years in customer service with one in supervision, strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. A valid driver’s license is also required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise the rental sales team, ensuring staff provide exceptional service
• Ensure compliance with customer service policies and timely handling of inquiries
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues and escalating as needed
• Support the Branch Manager with fleet and facility maintenance, compliance and control
