This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service by responding to queries, answering calls on first ring, and managing stakeholder relationships to achieve timely resolutions.

Ideal candidates will have exceptional phone manner, be highly organised, and proficient in MS Office and Salesforce, with a strong focus on KPIs and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone manner and professional communication.
• Strong organisational skills and time management.
• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Ability to work towards KPIs and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer queries.
• Answering phone calls on first ring.
• Manage relationships between stakeholders and provide first line resolution.
• Handle customer complaints to resolution following procedures.
