Qualifications

• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Proficient with MS Office suite.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus.
• Able to respond quickly and professionally to inquiries.

Responsabilités

• Respond to internal and external customer queries.
• Answer phone calls on first ring.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and provide first line resolution.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve per set procedures.
