Holcim is seeking a customer service professional to join our on-site team in Ipswich, Queensland. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and coordinate with sales, production, and dispatch to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or similar role is required.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and on high-volume phone calls.
• Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in Google & MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries promptly and act as the primary contact for clients and staff.
• Process customer orders accurately and communicate timelines or delays.
• Collaborate with sales, production, operations, and dispatch to meet requirements.
• Escalate unresolved issues while following the Allocation Procedure Manual.
• Drive process improvements and optimize dispatch workflows to reduce costs.
• Perform varied operational duties aligned with skills and business needs.
