Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or similar role.
• Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and talking on the phone with customers, handling a high volume of calls.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• High attention to detail and proficiency in Google & MS Office.
• Experience in the concrete or building industry is a plus but not essential; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries promptly and be the primary contact for clients and staff.
• Process customer orders accurately and inform customers about timelines or delays.
• Collaborate with sales, production, operations, and dispatch to meet customer requirements.
• Escalate unresolved issues following the Allocation Procedure Manual.
• Drive process improvements and optimize dispatch workflows to reduce costs while preserving service levels.
• Perform varied operational duties as needed.
