Job summary

Skinstitut is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a 10-month, part-time contract. The role is based at a Seven Hills warehouse with remote work options and supports Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.

You will be the frontline contact for customers and clinic teams, handling inquiries across channels, maintaining SLAs, and driving client engagement. Experience in beauty and strong Microsoft Office proficiency are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Excel/PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms is a plus (Shopify/BigCommerce).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for Skinstitut customers and clinic teams via phone and email.
• Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining service levels and positive outcomes.
• Support and maintain eCommerce platforms and online content for accuracy.
• Load products, promotions and content across online channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain and internal teams on campaigns.
• Provide reporting on customer interactions, portal performance and metrics.
• Assist with product inquiries and marketing collateral needs for clinics.

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our Skinstitut team on a 10-Month Contract. This is a part-time role working 22.5 hours a week, based at our warehouse in Seven Hills where you’ll play a key role in supporting both our clients and clinic teams across Australia, New Zealand and Canada.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Be the trusted point of contact for Skinstitut customers and clinic teams, delivering exceptional support across phone and email channels.
• Manage and resolve customer enquiries efficiently while maintaining service level agreements and ensuring positive customer outcomes.
• Support and maintain our eCommerce platforms, including troubleshooting order issues, processing customer requests, and ensuring a seamless online purchasing experience.
• Load and maintain products, promotions, and website content across online platforms, ensuring information is accurate, current, and engaging.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to coordinate campaigns, improve customer experience, and support business initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement by maintaining data integrity, supporting automation initiatives, and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• Provide reporting and insights on customer interactions, portal performance, inventory, pricing, and operational metrics.
• Build strong relationships with clinic teams, supporting product enquiries, marketing collateral requirements, and operational needs.
• Contribute to the ongoing success of the Supply Chain function through collaboration, problem-solution, and proactive support.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

• Experience within beauty is highly regarded.
• Previous experience in a customer service, account support, or customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Previous use of SAP, Shopify or Big commerce would be highly regarded.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and problem-solve effectively.
• A customer-first mindset with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• High attention to detail and a passion for improving systems, processes, and customer experiences.
• The ability to thrive within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
