Job summary

Laser Clinics Waurn Ponds is seeking a Beauty Therapist to help clients feel confident in their skin while growing their skills and career. You’ll deliver advanced aesthetic services and be supported by world-class training in a vibrant clinic.

Qualifications

• Formal internationally recognised qualification in Beauty (Cert IV or Diploma).
• For WA/QLD: Licence for Laser Hair Removal (or working towards).
• Experience in skin assessments and treatments is desirable with provided training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver empowering transformations: laser hair removal, facials, skin needling, peels, Hydrojelly masks, and Fractional RF.
• Client-centric approach delivering tailor-made solutions.

WhatYou’llBring to the Team

• Formal internationally recognised qualification in Beauty: i.e. Cert IV(minimum), Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Diploma of Dermal Science.
• For WA/QLD: A valid Radiation Laser Hair RemovalLicence, orcurrently working towards obtaining one.
• Experience in skin assessments and treatments is desirable but not essential as we provide comprehensive training.
• Be punctual, organised, and supportive,you willcelebrateteam wins to foster a positive,motivatingworkplace. Build trust and lasting client relationships through empathy,expertise, and confidence-boosting treatments.
• A track recordof delivering superior customer service and achieving sales targetsand KPIs.
