Job summary

Skinstitut, a brand within Laser Clinics Group, seeks a Customer Service Specialist for a 10-month contract. This part-time role (22.5 hours per week) is based at our Seven Hills warehouse and supports clients and clinic teams across Australia, New Zealand and Canada.

You will deliver exceptional service via phone and email, manage inquiries, assist with eCommerce platforms, load products and promotions, and collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain to drive positive outcomes and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty is highly regarded.
• Previous experience in a customer service, account support, or customer-facing role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP, Shopify or BigCommerce would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted point of contact for Skinstitut customers and clinic teams via phone and email.
• Manage and resolve customer enquiries while maintaining service levels and positive outcomes.
• Support and maintain eCommerce platforms, troubleshoot orders and processing requests.
• Load and maintain products, promotions, and website content across online platforms.
• Coordinate campaigns with Marketing, Supply Chain and internal teams.
• Drive continuous improvement by data integrity, automation, and process enhancement.
• Provide reporting and insights on customer interactions and operations metrics.
• Build relationships with clinic teams and support product inquiries and collateral needs.
