Responsibilities

• Assist sales team and work with customers.
• Answer phone calls and email inquiries from clients.
• Provide delivery time estimates for products.
• Prepare quotes and place sales orders.
• Enter and manage data in the ERP system; complete admin duties.
• Coordinate with internal departments to confirm sales and product delivery.
