Ultra Vision Lighting is a family‑owned Australian manufacturer based in Swan Hill. For 22 years we've designed and built LED lighting for the automotive industry — light bars, driving lights and spotlights — for customers right across the country.
Our long‑standing Customer Service & Sales Administrator is moving on, and we're looking for the right person to step in and make the role their own.
This role is the hub of the business. You'll be the first voice our customers & dealers hear and the person who makes sure their order gets processed.
It's a broad role and we'll say that plainly: you'll be across sales, order processing, stock and online enquiries rather than doing the same task all day. If you like variety, ownership and being trusted to run your own patch, you'll enjoy it. If you'd rather do one thing on repeat, this isn't the one.
Direct sales calls to the sales team, and respond to email orders and enquiries.
Process orders end to end. Typing the orders up & issuing them.
Take and reconcile customer payments through. Liaise with accounts dept.
Keep stock and inventory tracking accurate and up to date with warehouse dept.
Manage website and online enquiries in a shared role.
Coordinate catalogue and postal mail-outs.
Keep general office admin ticking along.
We're far more interested in the right person than a long list of tick‑boxes. To do well here you'll need:
Some experience on the phone and confidence talking to customers with fluent English language.
Basic computer skills and the willingness to learn our systems.
Beyond that, you'll likely be someone who:
Stays organised when a few things are moving at once, and knows what to do first
Is accurate with numbers, pricing and details — orders and invoices need to be right
Communicates clearly in writing as well as on the phone
Gets on with it without someone standing over you
No experience with our industry or our software? That's fine. The person currently in the role will train you properly — you won't be handed a login and left to work it out.
[$33 – $35+ per hour + super]
Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 4.30pm (semi‑flexible) with a smoko and lunch breaks
No weekends, no overtime, no public holidays. When the day's done, it's done — you go home to your family
A family‑owned business that's been going strong for 22 years, so there's real stability here
Flexibility when life happens
Generous discounts on our products
A genuinely good working environment — a small team, a direct line to the decision‑makers, and good ideas actually get actioned
Real variety and ownership: you'll run your own area, not read from a script
