Job summary

Ultra Vision Lighting in Swan Hill, VIC, is seeking a Sales Support & Customer Service Administrator to own the customer experience from first call to order delivery. You’ll handle sales, order processing, stock, and online enquiries in a busy, owner‑operated environment.

You’ll work in a full‑time role, 36–38 hours per week, with semi‑flexible hours, no weekends, and a supportive team in a family‑owned business that values reliability and ownership.

Qualifications

• Experience talking to customers on the phone is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Willingness to learn our systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales calls to the sales team, and respond to email orders and enquiries.
• Process orders end to end and issue them accurately.
• Take and reconcile customer payments; liaise with accounts department.
• Keep stock and inventory tracking accurate with the warehouse.
• Manage website and online enquiries in a shared role.
• Coordinate catalogue and postal mail-outs.
• Keep general office administration ticking along.
