Job summary

Frozen Distributor Network is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Telesales for a 6 month contract at our MINTO, NSW sales centre. The role is predominantly outbound calls to existing customers across Sydney and surrounding areas, with emphasis on building relationships and achieving sales targets.

You will handle inbound inquiries as needed and assist outlets with ordering, brand information, and current promotions.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a call centre/Telesales environment is essential.
• Ability to handle outbound queues and meet KPI targets with training provided.
• Inbound calls will be answered; brand and promo information supplied during orders.

About the role

We are looking fora dynamic & energetic personfor a 6 month contract role in our sales centre located at MINTO, NSW sellingeveryone's favourite ice cream brands such as Ben & Jerry's, Paddle Pop, Magnum and more. The role is predominantly outbound calling from a system generated call queue to existing customers throughout Sydney, Wollongong, Canberra, Newcastle, Greater New England Area and more. If you enjoy developingcustomer relationships andachieving individual and team-based sales objectives then this role is for you.

Benefits and perks

This is a 6 month contract PART TIME role, with a minimum of 20 Hours per week.

Work 5 days a week, MONDAY to FRIDAY(No weekends)

Start time is 8am at our sales centre at MINTO, NSW.

Shifts typically finish by 12 - 1pm for you to enjoy your afternoons or be availablefor school pickup.

Skills and experience

Customer service experience in a call centre/Telesales environment is essential.

Have the ability to complete an assigned outbound call queue in the time required achieving sales and KPI targets (Training provided).

Answer inbound calls (Training provided).

Assist customers with their ordering by providing brand information and promotional detail specific to the outlet (Training provided).
