Job summary

Frozen Distributor Network (FDN) is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver/Customer Service Representative based at our Thornton Depot, servicing Newcastle and Central Coast. You will deliver ice cream on set routes, service new and existing customers, and merchandise stock to keep displays looking its best.

Ideal candidates hold a current MR truck license (or higher) with at least two years’ driving experience, plus solid customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current MR truck driver's license or higher with at least 2 years driving experience.
• Solid experience in customer service essential.
• Knowledge of Sydney, Wollongong, Newcastle or Central Coast regions.
• Ability to operate a handheld device and problem solve on the go.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ice cream on set runs from Thornton depot.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.

Skills and experience

The successful candidateMUSThold a currentMR truck drivers license OR greater withaminimum of 2 years driving experience. A solid experience in customer serviceis essential along with the ability to operate a hand held device and problem solve on the go.
