Job summary

PFD Food Services Pty Ltd in Devonport, TAS, is seeking a Customer Service & Outbound Sales Representative to join our busy team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them place orders, resolve enquiries and receive outstanding service in a fast-paced foodservice environment.

Alongside inbound support, you’ll proactively engage with an established customer base, promote products and identify sales opportunities to grow customer spend, while collaborating with branch

About this Position

As a Customer Service & Outbound Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them place orders, resolve enquiries and receive exceptional service. Alongside inbound customer support, you'll proactively engage with an established customer base, promoting products, identifying sales opportunities and building strong long-term relationships. This is a varied role that combines customer service, sales and relationship management in a fast-paced foodservice environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone and email.
• Process customer orders, enquiries and account updates accurately.
• Conduct outbound calls to promote products, specials and generate new sales opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow customer spend.
• Resolve customer issues and work collaboratively with branch teams to deliver outstanding service.
