Metroll Perth is seeking a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team in Perth. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, processing orders, preparing quotations, and providing product information and support.

Working with Sales, Production, and Operations, you will ensure timely, accurate service from enquiry to delivery, build strong relationships, and maintain records while using business systems.

Metroll Perth is seeking a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team.

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service, processing orders, preparing quotations, and providing product information and support.

About the Role

Working closely with our Sales, Production, and Operations teams, you will help ensure customers receive timely, accurate, and professional service from initial enquiry through to delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:
