Job summary

Bidfood Dubbo is seeking a dependable Delivery Driver to join our team. You'll be on the road most days, delivering orders and representing Bidfood with a customer-first approach in a laid‑back, professional environment. You’ll build relationships and ensure reliable service while upholding safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities include unloading, stock put-away, vehicle upkeep, and occasional warehouse tasks. NR Police clearance is required; vaccination status preferred.

Qualifications

• MR licence is required to operate company vehicles.
• Experience with multi-drop deliveries is preferred.
• Customer-first attitude and professional demeanor essential.
• Strong time management and clear communication skills.

Job description

Bidfood Dubbo is looking for a dependable and friendly individual to join our team as a Delivery Driver at our branch.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out on the road, values routine with a bit of variety - and takes pride in great customer service. With well-maintained vehicles, a supportive team and a laid-back yet professional environment, you'll be part of a foodservice network that helps keep cafés, kitchens and venues stocked and running smoothly.

You'll build strong relationships with customers and become a trusted part of their day – delivering not just products, but reliability and great service.

About the role

Each day you'll be on the move, delivering orders safely and efficiently while representing Bidfood out in the field. You'll work with a variety of customers, put stock away where needed and help uphold hygiene and safety standards. An average day will include:

Unloading stock and placing items in customer locations

Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and condition

Upholding food safety and hygiene practices

Assisting with basic warehouse tasks when required

About you

You're the kind of person who gets along with just about anyone, shows up on time and genuinely enjoys a job well done. You're confident and courteous behind the wheel and take customer service seriously – even when it's just a quick drop-off.

Someone who enjoys a yarn with the customers is always a great fit.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need a practical mindset, a good driving record and a customer-first attitude. You will also have:

MR licence

Experience with multi-drop deliveries

Friendly, professional and customer-focused

Good time management and communication skills

Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene

Comfortable with manual handling and stock put-away

NSW Police Clearance Certificate (required)

Current flu and Covid19 vaccinations (preferred)
