The role requires weekend availability, prior experience in building/design/sales, strong collaboration, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Tertiary qualifications are preferred.

About The Role

We’re seeking a confident Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Brickworks NSW office in Oakdale Industrial Estate, Horsley Park. You will play a key role in supporting the development and growth of Brickworks as a front-line representative, ensuring our customer service standards are consistently applied to every interaction. This position is critical in delivering an exceptional customer experience across all communication channels.

You will need to be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident to apply.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Deliver outstanding service to both internal and external customers.
• Manage inbound calls and provide solutions for a diverse customer base.
• Stay up-to-date with our products and services to offer expert advice.
• Respond to sales enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Accurately process orders, returns, and pricing enquiries.
• Ensure deliveries meet schedule and quality expectations.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively.

Success Requirements:

• Availability to work weekends
• Experience in Building, Design or Sales Industry preferred.
• A personal focus and prior experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Sound skill in collaborating and interacting with others.
• Proficient skill in Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management and administration.
• Tertiary qualification in a related discipline preferred.
