Kirby HVAC&R Pty Ltd in Dubbo is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, both in-store and on the phone. No specific industry experience needed; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are valued.

What you’ll be doing:

No two days are the same in this role. You’ll be the friendly face (or voice) our customers rely on, helping to deliver great service and keep the branch running smoothly through:

• Assisting in the management of stock;
• General warehousing duties as required;
• Operation of the forklift, including picking and packing;
• Adhering to operational health and safety requirements;
• Delivering products in work vehicle to customers;
• Internal sales procedures and counter service to our valued customers; and
• Building strong customer relationships through honest, helpful service
