About the role

We are seeking to employ a Customer Service Representative, that will be reporting to the National Customer Service Manager. You will have regular customer interaction with maximising customer satisfaction being the foundation of every task you perform. The position would suit a well presented, highly motivated, self-starting individual who loves to assist and support in a highly responsive and driven team.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls
• Process customer orders
• Order enquiries via phone and email
• Process credits for customer returns
• Respond to price and availability enquiries via phone
• As part of the national order support team, you will be required to work closely with other team members, BDM’s, other branches as well maintaining excellent customer relationships.
• Ensure responses to customer requests are supplied in an efficient, effective and timely manner in line with company objectives.

Experience and Pre-Requisites

• Previous experience in a customer facing role (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong administrative, time management and coordination skills
• Ability to build rapport with a customer friendly persona
• Intermediate level of computer literacy
• Strong time management skills with the ability to think outside the box
• Previous experience in the Electrical Industry specialising in power distribution, motor control and industrial automation ideal.
• Enthusiastic, confident and friendly
• Be focusedon accuracy, attention to detail and results driven
• Ability to work in a team environment
• A 'can-do' attitude towards learning new tasks and processes
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve
