Job summary

Datacom is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its Australian contact centre. You will learn critical problem-solving, communication and service delivery skills while supporting clients across Australia and aiming for excellent customer outcomes.

The program includes training towards Certificate III in IT and opportunities to explore CX pathways such as People Leadership, Quality and Knowledge Management within Datacom’s development academy.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and ability to type 20 WPM.
• Eligible to obtain Australian government security clearance.
• Strong attention to detail, empathy and patience.
• Team player with good communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and support across Australia.
• Demonstrate effective problem‑solving and communication.
• Maintain punctuality and reliability in a rotating roster.
• Contribute to service delivery outcomes within the Datacom contact centre.

Our operating hours

Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 7:30pm on a rotating roster, averaging 37.5 hours per week across the five days, with rosters issued two weeks in advance
