BlueScope's Lysaght business in Launceston, TAS is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers from enquiry through to order, coordinating with sales and warehouse teams. No prior steel experience required; a structured training program will help you learn products, systems and customers.
You will interact face to face, over the phone and by email, with a full-time Monday–Friday schedule and rotating start times.

Our Lysaght business is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the team based in Launceston, TAS. Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.
You don’t need experience in steel, manufacturing or building products to succeed in this role. We’re open to people from a wide range of backgrounds and will provide structured training to help you learn our products, systems and customers. You’ll be part of a supportive customer service team, helping customers with everything from enquiries and quotes through to placing orders and coordinating their requirements. You’ll interact with customers face to face, over the phone and via email, while working closely with our sales, operations and warehouse teams.
You’ll complete an initial structured training program over your first few weeks, giving you the time and support to build your product knowledge and confidence in the role.
This is a full-time permanent, Monday to Friday position. The team works across rotating start times, with some days running from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm and others from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, coordinated within the team.
