Job summary

BlueScope's Lysaght division seeks a Customer Service Representative to join the Archerfield, QLD team. You will manage customer enquiries by phone and email, provide tailored quotes, and enter orders into our operating system.

You will collaborate with marketing, warehouse and sales to meet customer requirements, coordinate end-to-end logistics, and ensure accuracy and compliance across systems while delivering exceptional service.

Our Lysaght business is looking for aCustomer Service Representativeto join theCustomer Service Teambased inArcherfield, QLD.Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.

In this diverse and challenging role, you will support our team by managing enquiries from customers via phone and email.

What Will You Do?

Providing tailored solutions to our customers, you will:

manage your customer portfolio via phone and email, as well as provide quotes and queries

prepareand entercustomer orders into our operating system

collaboratewith internal stakeholders (marketing, warehouse, and sales departments) ensuring customer expectations and requirements are met or exceeded

coordinateand managethe end-to-endlogisticsprocess including compliance with any requirements and regulations, updating all necessary systems that manage orders

managethe relationship withlogisticsand internal stakeholders and working together to improve cost efficiencies, resolving issues, and seeking ways to improve the customer’s experience
