BlueScope is looking for talented and motivated Warehouse Team Members to join our Distribution team! The Distribution business includes quality brands such as Orrcon Distribution, BlueScope Distribution, Metalcorp and Impact Steel.

No previous operations or manufacturing experience? No problem - we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training and ongoing support to help you build a long‑term career with us.

We have opportunities available at our Eagle Farm (Trade Coast Central) or Northgate sites, with the choice of day shift and afternoon shift. Whether you're an early starter or prefer working late into the afternoon, we offer flexibility to suit your lifestyle and help you balance work and family commitments. With Monday to Friday shifts, your weekends are all yours.

Choose the shift that works for you

• Day Shift - 5am - 1pm, Monday to Friday

Eagle Farm (multiple vacancies)

• Day Shift - 6am - 2pm, Monday to Friday
• Afternoon Shift - 2pm - 10pm, Monday to Friday

These roles are full‑time and permanent, offering a competitive weekly rate along with eligibility for overtime and an annual performance bonus. Your starting weekly rate will range from $1,142.28 to $1,272.24, and will increase as you learn and develop in the role in line with our structured level system. Day shift is paid at the standard rate, while afternoon and night shifts attract a shift loading allowance. Public holidays are paid.

What Will You Do?

In this role, you will be part of the team producing our high‑quality steel products, with a strong focus on safety and attention to detail to ensure only the finest quality is delivered – on time, every time.

Your day‑to‑day work can include:

• supporting and promoting a safe working environment
• operating machinery to process and manufacture our products
• operating equipment such as forklift and cranes
• packing, strapping, and monitoring products to ensure quality control

Some positions may involve lifting and manual handling, as well as exposure to noise and the work environment can vary with the seasons - warmer in summer, cooler in winter. We ensure that all our employees are supported with the necessary training, guidance, and equipment to complete all tasks safely.
