No.1 Roofing and Building Supplies is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative for our Brendale Branch in the Brisbane area. You will greet customers, process transactions in our ERP system, and provide tailored recommendations to support sales and service goals.

You will train and mentor new staff, help manage orders and quotations, and contribute to a vibrant, high-performing team culture with negotiable hours and a rotating Saturday roster.

Qualifications

• Experience in building supplies or construction/roofing is desirable.
• Availability Monday to Friday with rotating Saturday mornings.
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.

Who We’re Looking For:

We have an opportunity for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our new site at at our Brendale Branch Monday to Friday with hours to be negioatated, along with rotating Saturday mornings on a roster from 7:30am-12pm.

Your Role:

As a key member of our team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and welcoming customers via phone, digital media, and in-person interactions.
• Processing transactions efficiently using our ERP system.
• Understanding customer needs and making tailored recommendations to help them achieve their goals.
• Managing orders and preparing accurate quotations.
• Training and mentoring new employees to ensure our high standards are maintained.

About You:

You’re a friendly, proactive individual with a knack for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You excel in communication and have a natural talent for guiding customers through their purchasing decisions. Experience in building supplies or the construction/roofing industry is highly desirable.

Availability to work Monday to Friday, and rotating Saturday mornings is essential. Working hours are negotiable for the right candidate.
