While advertised externally as a Customer Service Representative, this position is internally classified as a Parts Interpreter. You'll combine great customer service with product and parts support, helping customers identify what they need, processing orders and providing practical solutions.
If you have experience in customer service, internal sales, automotive parts, trucks, transport, warehousing or a similar industry, this could be a great next step.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll be an important point of contact for our customers and will support them with enquiries, orders and product solutions.
