Job summary

The Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure (DTMI) in Western Australia is seeking a Productivity and Improvement Coordinator to drive customer service improvements and productivity programs across the Customer Service Delivery directorate. You will identify opportunities, coordinate new processes and partner with subject matter experts to embed sustainable change.
