Hydraulink Fluid Connectors Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who loves helping people, solving problems, and delivering outstanding experiences. As the first point of contact, you'll process orders, handle enquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, ideally within hydraulics, hose and fittings or an industrial trade (automotive, engineering etc…)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Proficiency with computer systems and order processing tools, familiarity with Pronto preferred
• Supportive, customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our team. What You'll Be Doing:

• Delivering exceptional customer service by responding to enquiries via phone, email, and over the counter
• Providing product recommendations and technical support for hydraulic hose, fittings, and associated products
• Preparing quotes, processing sales orders, and proactively following up opportunities to grow sales
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships and becoming a trusted partner for their hydraulic and industrial needs
• Working closely with workshop, warehouse, and supplier teams to ensure customer requirements are met on time
• Maintaining accurate customer, sales, and stock records within our ERP system while assisting with product sourcing and stock enquiries

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience in customer service and/or internal sales, ideally within hydraulics, hose and fittings, engineering, automotive, mining, industrial, or related industries
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confidence working in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong computer skills and experience using business systems (Pronto ERP experience highly regarded)
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems, fluid transfer products, or related industrial products will be advantageous, but not essential
