Job summary

Hydraulink Fluid Connectors Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who loves helping people, solving problems, and delivering outstanding experiences. As the first point of contact, you'll process orders, handle enquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, ideally within hydraulics, hose and fittings or an industrial trade (automotive, engineering etc…)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Proficiency with computer systems and order processing tools, familiarity with Pronto preferred
• Supportive, customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Process orders and handle customer enquiries promptly and accurately
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries
• Provide outstanding customer service and problem-solving to resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records and assist with any post-sale support

About You

You're someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and delivering great service every day. You'll also bring:

• Previous customer service experience, ideally within hydraulics, hose and fittings or an industrial trade (automotive, engineering etc…)
• Strong computer skills and experience using Pronto (preferred)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to multitask and remain organised in a busy environment
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Hydraulics or hose and fittings knowledge is a bonus, but not essential
