Call centre experience is preferred. Salary ranges from $77,050 to $86,296 per year, plus 12% superannuation, with a 9 day fortnight.

• Previous call centre experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to deliver professional service across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, timely service via phone, face-to-face, and digital channels.
• Respond to enquiries, feedback, and service requests in line with Council standards.
• Promote and guide customers through Council programs, services and digital tools.
• Assist with application lodgements, receipting and daily reconciliations.
• Support the continuous improvement of customer service processes and systems.
