Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through SAP.
• Maintain accuracy of customer, order, and transaction data.
• Provide proactive communication to customers regarding order status, stock, backorders, delays, and issues.
• Respond to customer enquiries, quotations, returns, and complaints.
• Liaise with logistics providers to support order fulfilment.
• Support internal teams with information on orders, inventory and delivery timelines.
