Job summary

Davidson is seeking a Customer Service Officer in Brisbane to join a growing, Queensland-owned service-based business. You’ll be a friendly first point of contact, handling enquiries and ensuring efficient service with full training and support.

Office-based role suited to those with customer-facing experience from retail or hospitality. You’ll manage calls, emails, payments and connections while collaborating with billing and debt teams.

• Good computer skills with sound knowledge of MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls and assist with customer account enquiries.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer matters.
• Manage and respond to email enquiries.
• Coordinate service connections and disconnections.
• Process customer payments.
• Liaise with billing and debt collection teams to resolve customer issues.
• Assist customers to access available financial assistance programs.
• Provide general administrative and customer service support to the wider team.
