Martin Brower is seeking a proactive Customer Service Officer for our Operations team at our Wetherill Park distribution centre. You’ll deliver high-quality phone-based service, process orders, and coordinate with warehouse and transport to support our stores.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Receive and amend customer orders in the system.
• Advise customers of changes in item numbers, products, and out-of-stock items.
• Explain ongoing promotions and promotional items to customers and adjust orders accordingly.
• Liaise with warehouse and transport departments to process orders.
• Handle complaints and ensure credits are processed promptly.
• Maintain the master file.
