Job summary

AGnVET Services Group is seeking a Customer Service Officer (CSO) for their Allansford branch. This role plays a pivotal part in providing exceptional retail service, with responsibilities including handling retail enquiries, processing orders, and maintaining customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess a Cert III in Retail or have a minimum of 2 years' experience in retail or warehouse settings, alongside excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Flexible working arrangements and numerous employee benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build successful relationships.
• Proven customer service experience in retail and/or warehousing environments.
• Current valid driving license and right to live and work in Australia.

Responsibilities
