Randstad Australia is seeking a friendly and resilient Customer Service Officer to join a premier blue-collar supply and fit business in Salisbury. The role focuses on order processing, job bookings, and technical product support, serving internal and external stakeholders in a frontline capacity.

Part-time 0.8 FTE with hours 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, Mon–Fri. This is a 3-month temporary assignment with a clear path to a permanent offer for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 12–18 months of customer service experience in an office-based environment.
• Australian citizenship is required.
• Strong communication and data system proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and coordinate customer orders and job bookings.
• Provide clear technical product information and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate workflows with internal and external teams to meet deadlines.
• Share workload to ensure KPIs and response targets are met.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiencies.
