Coerco is seeking a Full-time Associate based in Perth, WA to be the first point of contact for customers, managing inbound enquiries and supporting sales activities. You will maintain CRM records and provide administrative support to the broader Customer Service team.

Scope of Duties:

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll manage inbound enquiries, support sales activities, maintain accurate customer records, and provide administrative support to the wider team.

• Naturally customer-focused and confident communicating by phone and email
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
• Accurate, detail-oriented and process-driven
• A positive team player who is accountable and eager to learn
