Job summary

Trade Counter Sales in Scoresby is seeking a friendly Customer Service Professional to join our team. You will be the friendly voice customers turn to for help, handling calls and emails with practical solutions.

About the role

You'll be the friendly voice customers turn to for help, providing support and practical solutions across a range of enquiries. Your day will involve:

• Managing inbound calls and emails
• Assisting with warranty, product and order enquiries
• Coordinating returns and credit requests
• Resolving customer concerns with confidence and care
• Keeping customers informed and delivering a great experience

Hours

37.5 hours per week | Monday–Friday rotating roster between 8:30am and 7:00pm, with occasional Saturdays attracting penalty rates.
