Job summary

The Good Guys on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a skilled store leader to oversee warehouse and customer service teams, ensuring outstanding in-store experiences and smooth operations.

You will coach staff, drive sales performance, maintain compliance, manage inventory, and foster a positive, inclusive store culture aligned with JB Hi-Fi Group standards.

• Deliver a positive store atmosphere to create a great customer experience and effectively resolve any customer complaints and queries.
• Ensure store is meeting all compliance and legislative requirements.
• Monitor the store activities to ensure it aligns with the business' core policy and standard operating procedures.
• Establish and oversee effective warehouse inventory management processes and systems.
