Job summary

The Good Guys in Sydney is seeking a Store Leader to oversee operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in-store, focusing on service excellence, compliance, and inventory management.

You will coach Warehouse and Customer Service teams, foster a positive store atmosphere, and drive results through strong leadership, talent development, and adherence to company policies.

• Monitor the store activities to ensure it aligns with the businesses core policy and standard operating procedures.
• Establish and oversee effective warehouse inventory management processes and systems.
