Job summary

Maleny Jewellers is seeking a Customer Service & Jewellery Design Consultant to join our family-owned showroom and workshop in Queensland. This role goes beyond traditional retail, working one-on-one with clients through engagements, weddings, custom designs, remodelling and treasured pieces.

You will help clients choose and create beautiful jewellery, handle repairs and aftercare, liaise with our jewellers, and contribute to the warm, personalised experience Maleny Jewellers is known for.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Jewellery knowledge is helpful but not essential.

Maleny Jewellers is looking for the right person to join our close-knit, family-owned jewellery showroom and workshop.

This is more than a retail role. You’ll work one-on-one with clients through some of life’s most meaningful moments. From engagements and weddings to custom designs, remodelling and treasured pieces.

The role includes:

• Repairs & aftercare
• Liaising with our jewellers

We’re looking for someone warm, polished, organised and naturally good with people, with an eye for detail and a willingness to learn.

Jewellery, luxury retail or design experience is preferred, but not essential. We’re more interested in finding the right person.
