Job summary

Interpath Services, part of the Bunzl group, is recruiting for a full-time customer service representative in Somerton. You will be on the front line, handling orders, inquiries and coordination with sales and warehouse teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have customer service experience, strong communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. This role offers opportunities for training and development within a supportive team.

As one of the front-line people at Interpath Services, you will have a direct influence on the quality and satisfaction levels of our loyal customer-base and suppliers.

Some of your day-to-day duties will involve:

• Receiving and processing sales orders
• Responding to customer enquiries via email & phone
• Actioning inbound and outbound calls regarding delivery, customer requests, product information and credit notes
• General administration tasks i.e. filing, archiving
• Problem Solving and administrative support
• Liaising with sales representatives, warehouse and other internal staff
