Join a supportive team, receive comprehensive training, and work across a rotating roster between 8:30am and 7pm. Strong communication skills and a proactive service approach are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Handle salary packaging claims, changes, and new applications.
• Maintain accurate customer data and complete admin/reporting.
• Drive first contact resolution via phone and email.
• Deliver high-quality customer service.
• Work toward individual and team targets.
• Identify process improvements to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure privacy and policy compliance.
• Refer opportunities for additional products/services.
• Complete outbound calls when required.
• Receive comprehensive training and ongoing support.
• Work on a rotating roster between 8:30am and 7pm.
