Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Customer Service Consultant in Sydney to deliver exceptional service across phone, email and digital channels, building trusted relationships and acting as the first contact for customers.

You will resolve enquiries efficiently, coordinate bookings with Sales and Operations, identify opportunities to add value and contribute to monthly commission targets through consultative conversations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, contact centres or sales is preferred but attitude matters most.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and stay organised.
• Motivated by achieving goals and earning rewards.
