Job summary

BuildRight Construction AU in Sydney is seeking enthusiastic customer service professionals to join its lending business. You will respond to inquiries by phone and email, help customers navigate loan applications, and ensure every interaction is clear, patient, and accountable.

Eligible Australian work rights are required, including Working Holiday Visa holders. Full visa sponsorship is available under Australia Subclass 482 / 186 Employer Nomination, and you’ll work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in customer service, administration, sales or another customer-facing environment.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Ability to listen, understand customer needs and provide practical solutions
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data-handling skills
• Comfortable working with technology and multiple computer systems
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine and verifiable employment history

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer enquiries by phone and email
• Support customers throughout the loan application process
• Listen carefully to customer needs and provide clear information
• Coordinate with internal departments to keep applications progressing
• Follow up with customers and relevant partners on outstanding matters
• Provide accurate updates and resolve customer issues promptly
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
