Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role.
• Relevant trade qualification and practical industry experience.
• Excellent fault-finding and diagnostics across mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance of material handling equipment
• Diagnose mechanical and technical faults using industry knowledge
• Complete on-site and workshop-based service activities efficiently and professionally
• Inspect equipment performance and recommend appropriate repair solutions
• Provide reliable technical support and deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and job documentation
• Work closely with service team to achieve safety, quality, and operational targets
• Apply workplace health and safety procedures during all maintenance activities
• Develop product knowledge through training and hands-on experience
• Support customers by ensuring equipment reliability and minimal downtime
