Job summary

CR Plus Ltd in Sydney is seeking a reliable customer service/admin professional to manage weighbridge duties and support site operations. You’ll interact with drivers, process transactions and keep data accurate across systems.

Full-time hours, Monday to Friday 6am–5pm with Saturday work, onsite training, and a supportive team environment. Prior weighbridge or transport experience is a bonus but not essential.

Qualifications

• You've worked in customer service or admin and enjoy being the go-to person.
• You're detail-focused and accurate with data entry.
• You're comfortable with computers and multi-system operation.
• Stay calm and professional when busy or drivers are under pressure.
• You can handle all kinds of personalities and remain respectful.
• Reliable, punctual and take ownership of your work.
• Weighbridge, quarry, waste or transport experience is a bonus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Weigh inbound and outbound vehicles and ensure every weight and docket is accurate.
• Inspect incoming waste loads and escalate non-conforming items.
• Process EFTPOS and account transactions; close daily reconciliations.
• Keep traffic flowing with clear directions for drivers.
• Handle customer enquiries on product, pricing and site matters.
• Flag overloads, discrepancies and safety issues immediately.

Job description

Our weighbridge is the front door of our Minto Resource Recovery Facility. For most customers and drivers, you're the first person they deal with. Getting it right keeps the site moving and keeps customers coming back.

Key responsibilities

Weigh inbound and outbound vehicles and get every weight and docket right

Inspect incoming waste loads and upscale anything that doesn't meet site acceptance requirements

Process EFTPOS and account transactions and close out daily reconciliations

Keep traffic flowing with clear directions for drivers on access, loading and unloading

Handle customer enquiries on product, pricing and site matters

Flag overloads, discrepancies and safety issues straight away

About you

You've worked in customer service or admin and enjoy being the go-to person

You're sharp on detail and accurate with data entry

You're confident on computers and comfortable working across multiple systems at once

You stay calm and professional when it's busy and drivers are under pressure

You can deal with all kinds of personalities and keep it respectful

You're reliable, on time and take ownership of your work
