Job summary

Port Macquarie Panthers is seeking a friendly Customer Service Attendant to join our busy team across bar, café, gaming, functions and events. You’ll deliver exceptional service, handle food and beverage service, cash handling and daily venue operations.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, enjoy variety, and take pride in creating positive experiences for members and guests. RSA and RCG or willingness to obtain are required, with good communication and a neat, professional

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests across venues
• Process POS transactions and cash handling accurately
• Provide bar and café service, including barista duties and meal service
• Complete stock replenishment and glass collection
• Support gaming duties, cash desk, TAB and Keno as needed
• Assist with functions and events and set ups
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation

The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Attendant at Port Macquarie Panthers, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our members and guests. Working across a variety of areas including bar, café, gaming, functions and events, you’ll deliver exceptional service while assisting with food and beverage service, cash handling and day-to-day venue operations. This is a great opportunity for a friendly and energetic team player who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy hospitality environment and takes pride in creating positive customer experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering exceptional customer service to members and guests
• Processing POS transactions and cash handling
• Providing bar and café service, including barista duties, food preparation and meal service
• Completing stock replenishment and glass collection
• Performing gaming duties, including cash desk, TAB and Keno
• Assisting with functions and events
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Supporting general operations and working flexibly across different areas and shifts as required.

• Current RSA and RCG or willingness to obtain
• Confidence handling cash accurately
