Wear Parts Australia on the Gold Coast is seeking a full-time Customer Service and Sales Assistant to turn every call, email and walk-in into a great experience. No industry experience — we provide full training on our products, systems and the industry.

You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, quote and process orders, book freight and coordinate deliveries with a small, supportive team to ensure on-time parts to customer sites.

• Experience in customer service is desirable but not required.

• First point of contact for customer walk-ins and email enquiries
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to order and delivery
• Quoting and processing orders accurately
• Booking freight and coordinating logistics and deliveries to get parts to customer sites on time
• Working closely with a small, supportive sales and warehouse team to get it right, every time
